If your looking for that easy going easy to handle easy to ride trail partner then look no further! This is Carrie. She’s a 14 year old spotted saddle horse mare. This big boned heavy built lady stands 15.2 in a half inches hands tall. She’s beautiful black and white spotted color with some unique leg markings. Carrie is the type of horse that everyone calls looking for. She’s got a sweet laid back personality. As you see in her video an 11 year old girl rides her and loves her. There’s no tricks to her. She has a nice super smooth trail gait and will walk low headed and gentle. Carrie has a good handle, simply say whoa and that’s what she will do. When gaiting, just smooch and she’ll stay in her smooth easy going gait. One of the best trail horses I’ve had the privilege to ride. The deep creeks, sticky mud, rocky terrain, steep hills, or  over logs is no problem for her. Wherever you point her she will go. She’s big enough to pack any size load, will pack saddle bags, and even been ridden double. Carrie has also been ridden out alone and in groups, she’s the same horse either way. She don’t mind traffic, barking dogs, or livestock. She requires no special treatment. As you see she’s fat and healthy and a very easy keeper. She’s been stalled and turned out with multiple other horses and no trouble at all. This is truly a great mare that anyone who knows the basics of riding would get along with.
